In our modern lives many of our actions have cut us off from ourselves.
This weighs us down – leads our mind away from the moment to make us more anxious and disengaged. We start lacking focus, clarity and finally this affects our health and productivity
How to incorporate it into daily lives? Reflection can become important before we do anything in these ways:
1) Just before beginning a task we can stand still for a moment, feel ourselves breathe before we sit down at our desk. Just consciously make a deep connection with ourselves, with no defined intent but to bring deeper meaning into our life.
2) While eating lunch, just take time to observe everything on your plate and offer deep gratitude.
3) While driving or walking home, bring all your attention to the moment and immerse yourself in that action.
